Cupcake Tour – Baked at Rocketship!
I ordered cupcakes for my first NYC signing (at Rocketship in Brooklyn) from baked! They were SO good! I ordered a dozen “Sweet & Salty” and a dozen “Red Hook Red Hot”. Both were delicious and unique.
First! Check out the pile of lovely books and cards^_^
The “Sweet & Salty” has dark chocolate cake infused with salty caramel, with a bubble dome style of caramel chocolate ganache and topped with fleur de sel. A real stunner! The cake was moist and it had a perfect frosting/cake ratio! Love it!

The “Red Hook Red Hot” is a unique take on red velvet cake topped with cinnamon buttercream and a red hot candy. The cake for this was also moist and wonderful and everybody loved it. I have to go here more often!
The cupcakes are only available special order and about $2 each. Great value!
